We have been conducting Health, Dental and Disability claims audits since 2005. Being the first Company in Canada focused solely on benefit claims audits, our auditors have extensive expertise in uncovering claims leakage and identifying opportunities for significant cost savings.

Our objective is to ensure claims are adjudicated accurately and effectively.

Privacy legislation makes it impossible for benefit plan sponsors to validate the claims that insurance companies are paying to employees on their behalf. However, acting as a third party entity, Orion Audit is authorized to conduct claims audits and report results back to plan sponsors. And the audit results are often surprising.
