Approved Audit Protocol

Orion has an established, pre-approved audit protocol with Canadian Insurers based on Canadian Generally Accepted Audit Standards and insurance industry practices. In compliance with Privacy Legislation, audit staff are bound by an Audit Confidentiality Agreement signed with insurers prior to the commencement of the audit.

Audit findings and reports do not include specific identifiers related to individual plan members subject to PIPEDA.
